Summer Solstice Garden Tour and Plant Sale
Sycamore Hill Gardens - Saturday, June 21 - 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Save the County Land Trust is holding its major fundraiser of the year – a day to celebrate the Summer Solstice with Garden Tour and Plant Sale. These 25+ acres of landscaped gardens and ponds, which are opened to the public only a few days each year, consist of several ponds with fountains and colorful koi (large Japanese goldfish which the children can feed), statuary from all around the world, an exotic bell garden, evergreen maze, hundreds of thousands of planted flowering bulbs, and hundreds of flowering trees and shrubs. In addition to the tour there will be a variety of local musicians and gourmet ice cream sandwiches & Michigan hotdogs will be available for purchase.
